Services Not Provided

This practice does not provide the following services:

• The practice does not provide WorkCover reports

• The practice does not provide legal reports to patients to challenge Australian Government benefits, payments, pensions, housing or any other support services.

• The practice does not provide medicolegal reports unless you are referred by a third-party solicitor for the purpose of an independent report and not treatment. If you are your own legal representative, no report will be provided.

• The practice does not provide medical certificates outside your appointment. This must be done by your GP

• The practice does not provide prescription plans for longer-term Benzodiazepine (Valium, Ativan, Xanax, Temazepam, Normison) treatment

• Prescriptions are not provided without an appointment, including for ADHD medications

• The practice does not offer counselling services to NSW Victims Services.

• The practice does not provide assessments for driving and gun licences.

• The practice does not prescribe benzodiazepines, opioids, CBD oil or cannabinoid derivatives, LSD or ketamine infusions.

• The practice does not undertake Item 291 assessments

• The practice does not undertake assessments or reports for motor vehicle accidents or any other insurance claims including, iCare, CommCare or EML

• The practice does not undertake NDIS-related assessment or reports

• The practice does not complete forms for Centrelink, the Department of Housing, NDIS or the Department of Immigration

• The practice does not treat children aged 17 and under

• The practice does not write insurance reports
