Information For Patients

Eastern Suburbs Psychiatry, located within St. Vincent’s Clinic in Darlinghurst, is a private practice specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of mental health conditions, including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Affective Disorder, ADHD, old age psychiatry, and issues related to addiction — challenges that are prevalent among many individuals. The practice provides a range of treatment options, including psychotherapy (also known as talking therapy), providing a supportive environment that prioritises excellence in care and empathy.
Our Psychiatrists assess and treat adults, aged 18 and over, and our Neurospychologist sees adults and paediatric patients of school age (6 years old and above).
To accommodate different needs and circumstances, Eastern Suburbs Psychiatry offers both in-person consultations and high-quality TeleHealth services for ongoing therapy. It is important to note that initial consultations must be conducted face-to-face and cannot be substituted by TeleHealth services.
Please also note that we do not bulk-bill and all new patients are required to pay for their initial appointment in advance.
