Anger Problems

Explosive rage can cause distress to you and your family.
It can be controlled.

Anger is a natural emotion but can be expressed in a way which causes an individual and others distress. Anger can cause a person to behave inappropriately, aggressively and in a threatening manner that can have a negative impact on an individual's relationships. Anger management is not designed for day-to-day irritability which may be reasonable and normal but is designed to treat uncontrollable anger and explosive rage, which can lead to harming oneself or others.

Anger management is designed to help an individual understand patterns of behaviour that lead to dysfunction and tension within relationships and which address the reasons why an individual cannot control their rage. Therapy is designed to help a patient develop the necessary tools required to communicate effectively, to be less aggressive and to address destructive patterns of behaviour.
